  • What’s your name? Amanda
  • Where are you from? Central NJ.
  • How old are you? 24.
  • Do you have any tattoos or piercings? I have 5 tattoos. Click for photos: Something Corporate lyrics around my ankle, cherries on my wrist, the Vonnegut quote ‘So It Goes..’ behind my ear, a quote from the film The Dreamers on my forearm, and a Jack’s Mannequin asterisk on my back. As for piercings, I only have my ears. I used to have snakebites, but took them out. :(
  • Who are your closest friends? Reavey, Nicole & Lauren. Yeah, I have a few others, but those are the ones with tumblrs. Hahaha.

  • Why didn’t you post/answer my question? Most likely because it was anonymous. I usually answer questions privately since I don’t want to spam up everyone’s dashboard, so your best bet would be ask me as yourself. Also, if you specifically want me to answer you privately, feel free to say so.
  • How many followers do you have? I hate this question, and I don’t answer it. Who caaaares?
  • Are you Hispanic? Nope. I’m half black and half white—Scottish, to be spectific.
  • Can you help me with __________? Most likely, but I’m not really good with tumblr HTML and themes and shit, so I wouldn’t bother on that one.
  • Why did you unfollow me? Occasionally I go through my following section and delete people who haven’t updated in weeks, thinking they’ve deactivated. I’ll unfollow blatant racists (I fucking HATE the n-word), thinspo blogs, homophobes, and people who are constantly talking about promoting and shit. Don’t take it personally.
  • Where do you shop? Mostly Torrid, Avenue, Target, Old Navy, Wal-Mart, and eBay. It’s very rare that anything I own is from anywhere else.
  • Who do you look up to/admire? I think the only person I would consider a hero would be Andrew McMahon. And even then, he’s more of an inspiration. I’m a big believer in being your own hero.
  • How would you describe yourself? Headstrong, real, self-assured, fat, abrasive, witty, bossy, sarcastic, independent, loyal, honest, compassionate.
  • What are your life goals? Publish a novel, and get it on the New York Times bestseller’s list. Buy a house in Point Pleasant, NJ right on the water. Fall in love, get married and raise a family. Change someone’s life.
  • What are your religious/political views? I don’t practice any religion. I believe in fate, karma, and positive thinking. I don’t know if I believe in a higher power. Politically, I’m liberal, but I have a lot of different views on different situations. I also fucking hate talking about politics.
  • What’s your sexual orientation? I’m straight, as far as I know. :)
  • Are you in a relationship? Nah, and I’m not really looking for one.
  • Have you ever been in love? I don’t think so. But maybe.
  • Turn ons/turn offs? I really love guys who can make me laugh, smartasses, guys with long/good hair, cute smiles, tattoos, compassion, drive. I don’t like cocky guys, or guys who take themselves too seriously, boring guys, rude or cruel guys.
  • What’s up with your ‘pursuit of happiness’ section? It’s where I file any post that reflects the way I feel about living my life. I try to live in a way that promotes optimism, self-realization, respecting others, and living genuinely, and I enjoy sharing that with people in the hopes that they’ll get something out of it and do the same. This section of my blog exists for that reason.
